Office Crew Member
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Crew member at Gypsy Camp & Canoe. This position involves supporting daily operations, assisting with bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails from guests to manage reservations and inquiries.
Assisting in managing booking systems and client data.
Coordinating with camp and canoe staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handling customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Supporting camp activities and events as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and office software knowledge.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus.

Shuttle Bus Driver
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Bus Driver to transport guests safely to and from Gypsy Camp & Canoe. This position involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of guests to their destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate shuttle buses, ensuring timely and efficient transport of guests.
Follow scheduled routes and pick-up/drop-off instructions.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading equipment when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service, offering assistance and information to guests as needed.
Ensure the shuttle bus is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety protocols, road regulations, and company policies.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. (CDL experience not required but preferred)
Previous shuttle or bus driving experience preferred.
Ability to interact positively with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Knowledge of local routes and geography is a plus.
Strong focus on safety and punctuality.
Ability to lift and assist with equipment (if necessary).

Boat Crew Member
We are looking for a hardworking and friendly individual to join our team as a Boat Crew member. This position involves loading and unloading kayaks, rafts, and canoes for guests, ensuring the equipment is ready for use, and providing helpful river information to floaters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the loading and unloading of kayaks, canoes, and rafts for guests.
Ensure all equipment is in good condition and ready for use.
Provide guests with information about river conditions, safety tips, and the best floating routes.
Help guests with fitting life jackets and paddles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boat launch area.
Ensure safety protocols are communicated for all river activities.
Assist in handling equipment returns, checking for damage, and organizing inventory.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping guests as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry kayaks, canoes, and rafts (up to 75 lbs).
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions.
Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous experience in a similar role or with outdoor activities is a plus.
